Zanna Goldhawk is an illustrator who studied illustration at the University of Gloucestershire. While at university, she started the illustrated gifts and stationery business Papio Press with fellow illustrator Harry Goldhawk. Her illustration work takes inspiration from nature, animals, colour and pattern.
Zanna Goldhawk and Harry Goldhawk created The Creature Garden: An Illustrator’s Guide to Beautiful Beasts & Fictional Fauna, a 160-page hardback art book published on 29 May 2018. The book gives drawing techniques and design ideas for more than fifty animals, trees, plants and mythical creatures, with step-by-step instructions, facts, folklore and art-project ideas.
Her illustration work for children’s and gift books includes The Magical Unicorn Society Official Handbook by Selwyn E. Phipps, published in hardback on 18 September 2018, with Helen Dardik and Harry Goldhawk also providing illustrations. She also illustrated Song of the River by Gill Lewis, published in 2022.
