Phil Corbett biography

Phil Corbett is a professional storyteller and the creator of the Kitty Quest graphic-novel series for children. His debut graphic novel, Kitty Quest, was published by Simon & Schuster Children’s UK on 24 June 2021 and is aimed at readers aged 8 and above.

Before Kitty Quest, Corbett worked in the gaming and toy industry with clients including Cartoon Network, Disney, Nickelodeon, Nintendo and PlayStation. He also wrote and illustrated adventures of Korky the Cat from the UK comic magazine The Dandy.

Kitty Quest follows Woolfrik and Perigold, two aspiring monster slayers. The second book in the series, Kitty Quest: Trial by Tentacle, was published by Simon & Schuster Children’s UK on 23 June 2022, has 208 pages, and continues the series with sea monsters threatening the islands of Pawdor.

His Kitty Quest books also include Kitty Quest: Sinister Sister and Kitty Quest: Phantom Frenzy, continuing his work in comic adventure stories for young readers.
