Vikki VanSickle is a Canadian author known for her work in children’s and young adult literature. She has written picture books, middle grade, and young adult novels. VanSickle holds a Master of Arts in Children’s Literature from the University of British Columbia. In addition to her writing, she has worked in the Canadian publishing industry and has experience as a bookseller.
Her middle grade novels include Words That Start With B (Scholastic Canada, 2010), Love Is a Four-Letter Word (Scholastic Canada, 2011), Days That End in Y (Scholastic Canada, 2013), and Summer Days, Starry Nights (Scholastic Canada, 2013). VanSickle has also written picture books such as If I Had a Gryphon (Tundra Books, 2016), The Winnowing (Scholastic Canada, 2017), and P.S. Tell No One (Scholastic Canada, 2021).
Her picture book If I Had a Gryphon was published by Tundra Books in 2016.
