Kahran Bethencourt is a co-author and photographer of the book Glory: Magical Visions of Black Beauty, published by St. Martin’s Press in 2020. The book features portraits and stories of children from around the world, aiming to challenge conventional beauty standards and promote positive representation. Glory has received attention from major media outlets and has been featured in exhibitions and public talks.
In addition to her work in publishing, Kahran Bethencourt has contributed to various campaigns and projects that advocate for diversity and inclusion in media.
