Júlia Sardà is an illustrator and author from Barcelona, Spain, known for her work in children’s literature. She has illustrated numerous books for young readers, collaborating with various authors and publishers. Sardà’s illustrations are recognized for their distinctive style and imaginative detail. Her work includes illustrations for classic and contemporary stories, such as Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll and The Liszts by Kyo Maclear.
In addition to her illustration work, Sardà has also written and illustrated her own books. Her debut as both author and illustrator is The Queen in the Cave, published in 2022 by Walker Books. This book showcases her unique artistic vision and storytelling abilities. Sardà continues to contribute to children’s literature through her illustrations and original works.
