Isabelle Simler biography

Isabelle Simler is a French author and illustrator known for her work in children’s literature. She has written and illustrated numerous picture books, many of which focus on nature and the animal world. Simler studied at the École nationale supérieure des Arts Décoratifs in Paris, where she developed her skills in illustration and visual storytelling.

Her books are recognized for their detailed and vibrant illustrations, often created using digital techniques. Simler’s works include Plume, The Blue Hour, Sweet Dreamers, and My Wild Cat. Several of her books have been translated into English and published by Eerdmans Books for Young Readers.
