Becca Farrow biography

Becca Farrow is an illustrator and comics artist whose work spans middle grade and young adult publishing. She earned a BFA in Illustration from the University of Wisconsin–Eau Claire and began a freelance career producing covers, interiors, and design assets for comics and graphic novel publishers.

Farrow’s clients include established imprints such as BOOM! Studios, Valiant Entertainment, IDW Publishing, Lion Forge, and Marvel Entertainment. Her portfolio features cover art and sequential pages across genre titles, as well as merchandise and promotional design for comics and games.

In children’s and YA publishing, Farrow illustrated First Test: The Graphic Novel, adapted by Devin Grayson from Tamora Pierce’s fantasy novel. The graphic novel was published by Random House Graphic in July 2024 and introduces new readers to Pierce’s Protector of the Small series through a full-color sequential format.

Farrow continues to contribute illustration and design to comics-related projects, bringing a clear, expressive style to character-driven stories for younger readers and teens. A recent milestone in her bibliography is the 2024 release of First Test: The Graphic Novel with Random House Graphic.
