Amy Kim Kibuishi is an American graphic novelist and illustrator known for her work in children’s and young adult literature. She is the creator of The Rema Chronicles, a graphic novel series published by Scholastic Graphix. The first book in the series, The Rema Chronicles: Realm of the Blue Mist, was published in 2022. Kibuishi has also contributed to the Flight anthology series, which features short comics by various artists and writers.
Kibuishi studied at the Rhode Island School of Design, where she focused on illustration. Her work often explores themes of fantasy and adventure, and she is recognized for her detailed artwork and storytelling. In addition to her own projects, Kibuishi has collaborated with other creators in the graphic novel community.
The Rema Chronicles: Realm of the Blue Mist was published by Scholastic Graphix in 2022.
